Summer Soiree

The Castle and grounds provides the perfect backdrop for an afternoon and evening of smiles, laughter and relaxation with family and friends.
There will be live music to enjoy along with garden games, croquet and giant chess.
Arrive from 12pm – if your staying with us for the night then your room will be ready for you to check in to.
Welcome drinks will be served at 12.45pm
From 1.30pm a three course meal will be served.
The Menu
Starter
Halloumi Watermelon and Mint Salad (V)
Fresh summer salad incorporating crisp green beans, chargrilled halloumi, fresh mint and a lemon and crème fraiche dressing
Main Course
Pan Fried Chicken with Chargrilled Asparagus
Served on wilted spinach potato cake with roasted shallots and thyme jus
Vegetarian Main Course
Roasted Vegetable Moussaka (V)
Provençale roasted vegetables layered with sliced aubergine and a rich cheese sauce
Served with Chef’s choice of fresh, seasonal vegetables and potatoes
Dessert
Lemon Tart
A rich lemon filling in crispy pastry finished with clotted cream, caramelised lemon zest, blackberry coulis and white chocolate crispy pearls
A children’s menu is also available
At 7pm if the weather is good then we will be having a BBQ on the Cocktail Terrace.
The evening will finish at 10.30pm.
The Prices
Tickets are available and priced as follows –
Adult tickets – £65.00 per person (Includes – welcome drink, three course meal, evening buffet)
Children aged 3 -10 – £35.00 per person (Includes – three course meal and evening buffet)
Children aged 2 and under eating – £15.00 per person (Includes a small three course meal)
Children aged 2 and under not eating – Free of charge
Accommodation is available and priced at £100.00 per room per night.
