Three Course Evening Menu
Smoked Salmon with Dill and Lemon Cream Terrine
Served with fennel slaw and garlic croutons
Beetroot Carpaccio (V)
Thinly sliced poached beetroot with Goat’s cheese mousse & balsamic glaze and wild herb dressing
Leek and Potato Soup (V)
Traditionally made and finished with cream and chives seasoned with salt and pepper and a hint of nutmeg
Ham Hock Terrine with Piccalilli
Confit Ham Hocks garnished with warm croutes, dressed leaves and served with homemade piccalilli
Plump chicken breast stuffed with buffalo mozzarella topped with a sage leaf and wrapped in prosciutto accompanied by char grilled asparagus, spinach and parmesan potato cake and a light jus
Roasted Loin of Pork
Encased in crispy local crackling set upon buttered Charlotte potato cakes
Served with a cider jus
Traditional Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
Served on a bed of horseradish mash and a rich red wine jus
Croustade of Mushroom (V)
Grilled Portobello mushroom filled with a leek fricassee wrapped in crisp puff pastry served with a rich port jus
Blueberry and Vanilla Crème Brulee
Rich vanilla custard with a crispy caramel top accompanied by blueberry compote
Caramel Apple Crumble
Amazing twist on a great British classic, toffee apple crumble topped with a rich crisp crumble and homemade custard ice cream
Pecan Nut Praline Cheesecake
Served with clotted cream and maple syrup
A rich chocolate mousse set on a brandy soaked sponge, garnished with cream and even more chocolate!

Two course meal at £35 per person
