Celebrate your Mum’s special day with a superb Sunday Lunch
Join us at the Castle for a sumptuous Mother’s Day Sunday Lunch on 30th March 2025 – who wouldn’t want to be treated like royalty on their special day?
Arrival is from 12pm, and you will be able to buy drinks at the bar, try your hand at croquet, and explore the castle before being seated for lunch at 12.45pm. Lunch will be served at 1pm in our magnificent Ballroom, with our delectable Mother’s Day Menu offering something for everyone.
Starters include Cod & Chorizo Fish Cake and Beetroot & Shallot Tart Tatin, while mains offer a selection of delicious meats and complementary sides, as well as a superb vegetarian main of Portobello Mushroom En Croûte. For dessert, you’ll enjoy the likes of Chocolate Caramel Brownie or St Clements Eton Mess.

Not only can you treat Mum to a day out to a castle but you can add an extra surprise with a Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea Bundle. This includes Handmade Scones, Strawberry & Raspberry Preserves and a 70cl bottle of Prosecco, priced at £25.
