Valentines Dinner at The Clear Well – 14th February 2018

Join us on Wednesday 14th February 2018 at The Clear Well for a Valentines Dinner.

The Clear Well will be open from 6pm to enjoy a drink by the fire.
A three course meal will be served from 7.30pm.



Duck and Chestnut Terrine 
Served with a spicy plum chutney and charcoal wafers

Local Free Range Chicken Caesar Salad Board 
Sprinkled with a brioche crumb and crispy prosciutto flakes

Wye Valley Hot Smoked Salmon 
Served with lemon rye bread and baby salad


Roasted Chicken Supreme
Local wild mushrooms, dauphinois potatoes and wild garlic sauce

Handmade Steak and Local Ale Pie
Cheesy mash, seasoned roasted vegetables and onion gravy

Wild Alaskan Salmon
Roasted on a bed of samphire with buttered potatoes, asparagus and a lemon and baby caper sauce


Chocolate Fudge Brownie
Served with peanut ice cream, warm chocolate sauce and a chocolate chilli crumb

Black Eyed Susan
An English camembert style cheese covered in crushed peppercorns.

God Minster Vintage
A strapping truckle of cheese
Creamy cheddar covered in burgunday wax, a very moist vintage cheddar.

Blacksticks Silk
Lancashire blue veined goats cheese with its lovely tang is one of our favourite handmade cheeses

Presented on a one person olive board…. with lots of little goodies.

Pecan Nut Praline Cheesecake
Served with clotted cream and maple syrup

Tickets are priced at £65.00 per couple.
Ticket price includes a bottle of house wine per couple.

Accommodation is subject to availability.
