A special thank you to Esther Sydney for guiding us through our day! We had the perfect day which was greatly influenced by the efficiency and attitude of the staff at Clearwell Castle. Every member of the staff we came into contact with – from cleaners, to serving staff, to bar staff – were pleasant, helpful and extremely efficient at their job.
We wanted to give particular praise to Esther, our Front of House manager for the day. Esther was at our side throughout the day making sure we had everything we needed and resolved any possible issues before they even came to our attention.
It is very rare to find organisations who offer such high standards of customer service. From the planning stages to the actual day and to the settlement of the final monies, your team was exceptional!
