I simply had to write to pass comment on Clearwell Castle and its staff! My Daughter was married at the Castle on Saturday 14th November and from our arrival on Friday until departure the service we received was exceptional. This came as no great surprise due to the fantastic way your staff have helped, advised and reassured since we booked in February! A special mention must go to our Front of House Managers who were so friendly, kind and yet the consumate professionals. I was constantly amazed by how they anticipated what we needed and the attention to detail was truly impressice. They could not have done more and made it so easy for us to settle in and enjoy the weekend. The Head Chef of course and his staff produced the superb food we have experienced before and last but no means least the perfect duo behind the bar. These staff are a credit to the company and most importantly they have helped to give my Daughter and Son-in-Law a day they will cherish forever.
