Thank you to the office staff, whose quick response to e-mails, phone calls and last minute changes meant that we never had to stress about any of the logistical factors at all. What was most endearing in that process was the manner in which it was all done, no stuffy customer-business type of transactions, but as if we were phoning old friends who were always more than willing to help. The morning after the wedding your staff were considerate and professional, having gathered all our things together so we could leave after breakfast without any last minute panics about finding anything. We left on a high, none of us felt at all like we were being shipped out for another wedding.
