Dear Susan, I do not know what to say. I can not put into words how much I appreciate everything you did for us to make our wedding go so smoothly without a hitch or worry. You are worth your weight in gold! I did not have to worry one little bit. You were amazing from the early hours in the morning to late at night, you were there and I did not have to worry at all. You had everything under control with the set up of the room, wedding songs, moving people around etc. Everything was in place. You made sure my day was a very special fairytale day and I am overwhelmed with how you handled it all. Thank you! Another big thank you to all the staff for all their work and support. You can see why you have won the best wedding venue, you deserve the award every year. I could not fault one thing from our arrival on Saturday to our departure on Monday. I did not want to leave. You made my wedding day extra special and made me feel like a princess for a day.
