Three Course Evening Menu
Smoked Salmon with Dill and Lemon Cream Terrine
Served with fennel slaw and garlic croutons
Carrot and Coriander Soup (V)
One of our favourite soups, made with fresh coriander, which compliments the sweet flavour of the carrot nicely
Roasted Tomato Soup (V)
This natural caramelising of the tomatoes whilst roasting gives this soup a sweet tomato flavour, Served with ciabatta bread croutons
Ham Hock Terrine with Piccalilli
Confit Ham Hocks garnished with warm croutes, dressed leaves and served with homemade piccalilli
Traditional Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding
Served on a bed of horseradish mash, sweet roasted chantenay carrots with a red wine jus
Lemon and Honey Glazed Chicken Breast
Accompanied by char grilled Asparagus and served with dauphinoise potato and a redcurrant jus
Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass
Served on sweet potato puree with a caper and herb dressing and red vein sorrel
Croustade of Mushroom (V)
Grilled Portobello mushroom filled with a leek fricassee wrapped in crisp puff pastry served with a rich port jus
Baked New York Style Cheesecake
Finished with summer berries – just like in the Big Apple!
Blueberry and Vanilla Crème Brulee
Rich vanilla custard with a crispy caramel top accompanied by blueberry compote and biscotti biscuit
A rich vanilla cream finished with crunchy biscotti and raspberry sorbet
Rich Chocolate Mousse Cake
Served with crunchy peanut butter ice cream

Two course meal at £35 per person
