My wife, Rhian and I would like to thank you all very much for all your hard work and effort in making our special day so perfect. To the Head Chef, we applaud you on your excellent presentation and delicious dishes that you prepared and served to all of our guests, a tremendous example of good, and tasty quality food. We cannot end this letter of appreciation without complimenting all the staff, for their discreet and professional conduct throughout our stay at the castle, a job well done. Again, it was a pleasure and a great experience to have our wedding at the castle and we will certainly recommend your services to all that we encounter.
