Mother of Groom, Mandi O’Reilly

My son Damien was married at Clearwell Castle on 27th October 2011 and I felt I had to write to you to tell you what an absolutely fabulous day we had. The venue of course is superb, your cleaning staff do a fantastic job, your chefs produce fabulous hot food, your waiting and bar staff attended to our every need while staying in the background so that we were hardly aware that they were doing their job. But the real reason I felt the need to write was because of Ann the Front of House Manager. That lady ensured my sons wedding really was a fairy tale day. She was friendly, calm, professional and always smiling, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, in fact we didn’t have to ask for anything as she seemed to read our minds. Ann was there to say goodnight to all the guests as we went to bed and downstairs saying good morning as we went in to breakfast. Ann was quietly in the background watching, anticipating and organising everything, what an absolute diamond that lady is, she truly made our day a fairytale wedding to remember. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff for making the day so special. Thank you.
