With the Easter weekend fast approaching, I started to reminisce about all the lovely Spring weddings we have held over the years here at the Castle. One that really sticks in my mind was a lovely themed Easter wedding we held on 19th April 2011 when Hayley & Simon convinced me to dress up as a fluffy white bunny! Actually, it didn’t take much convincing- I had as much fun as their guests did!
Today’s Bride and Groom will be delighted that the weather has been kind to them with a bright Spring afternoon setting the scene for their Easter Egg hunt to go ahead as planned. I am sure that their younger guests will have great fun searching for hidden eggs amongst the trees and meadows within the beautiful Castle grounds. What a fabulous way to keep the ‘young at heart’ entertained whilst the grown-ups sip on their welcome drinks and take their time enjoying canapés!
